Manuel Mendoza
Manuel Mendoza, a talented chef from Barranquilla trained at the Gato Dumas gastronomy school, his empirical approach to cooking led him to found Manuel Restaurante in Barranquilla and he is also the owner of Cocina 33 in Montería and Medellín.
Manuel, has been recognized with numerous awards, including 12 La Barra Awards, a nomination as Revelation Chef at Bogotá Madrid Fusion 2021 and recently his outstanding position in Latin America's 50 Best.
The chef sought to capture the distinctive style of his cuisine in his dishes, where local flavors stand out by combining authentic Caribbean ingredients with avant-garde creativity, and that's how we worked in collaboration with Manuel and our team to achieve a unique collaboration.
